At MU, Umberto will play an active role in advising and partnering with clients within the Industrial, Energy, and Technology practices. He is particularly eager to further develop his expertise in both executive search and leadership advisory, building on his solid foundation in client service and strategic talent consulting.
Umberto brings six years of executive search experience from a Belgian Executive Search firm, where he specialised in end-to-end search assignments at senior management and C-level. As a Principal Consultant and Team Lead, he worked across multiple industries and led a delivery team of seven. His approach is consultative, structured, and collaborative—ensuring alignment across clients, candidates, and delivery teams.
Inspired by Mercuri Urval's scientific foundation, structured methodology, and global reach, Umberto is eager to contribute to the firm's enduring impact while growing alongside colleagues across diverse practices and regions.
