We are pleased to announce that Melina Kayila has joined MU Belgium. She will join the Insurance & Banking Industry in Europe and is based in Brussels.
Melina joins MU from another international executive search firm where she was a senior consultant for the Belux team. She has over the last two years built experience in executive search, leadership advisory and assessments across industries, with an emphasis on the Financial Services & Technology, Manufacturing and FMCG sector. Previously, she was a managing consultant for 5 years with another global executive search firm, where she led the recruitment practice of the Financial & Technology Services in Belgium, while developing and managing a local team and several key accounts.

Melina holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from EPHEC and a Master in Human Resources from ICHEC Brussels Management School.
